Hi there, I have recently moved to talktalk from shell. I used to have landline only, but now I have to have a package called Fast Broadband. Does this mean I now have broadband? I have no equipment or anything?

Your package is a Phone only service, showing as UK Weekend Line rental , where did you see the fast broadband package?

@Maggie921, Talktalk doesn't do landline only.
But their Fast Broadband package is basic Broadband, and it comes down the same line as your phone.
They will be assuming that you have a Shell router, but if you want to make use of the Internet, do contact the Shell migration support team via Chat over the weekend or phone on Saturday (9am - 6pm).
If you have a smart phone then you can set it to use WiFi instead of data, which can save money and give good enough speeds for sending email, browsing, banking, Facebook and YouTube.
