On Saturday, I have dialled 1472 and pressed 1 to activate Call Safe. However, when I dialled 1472 later that day and yesterday & today, nothing different happens. So I cannot 'block' any numbers. PLease activate this feature.

After waiting for some time. I tried to speak to the Full Fibre team but got the New Customer Full Fibre team who then tried to put me through to the Existing Customer Full Fibre team. I got the ringing tone for half an hour and then gave up. I'd call that poor customer service. Can you contact them directly rather as they don't respond to customers' calls.

You need to call and speak to the the Full fibre team (03451720088 ), the activation of callsafe will need to be logged with City Fibre as its showing as inactive.
We dont have access to that system on the Community.
