CallSafe not activating afer migration to Full Fibre / VOIP Digital Voice

I've just moved from a copper landline to Digital voice and full fibre.  I had a list of blocked numbers that I could add to simply enough via the phone on the old landline but...

 

When I try to activate CallSafe to give me a similar service via the voip landline it gives me an error message and tells me to call 150. Having spent 30 minutes on the phone with a support person who really didn't understand what I was asking about I'd rather not do that again.

 

Is there a way to get it activated?

Are scam calls still getting through, CallSafe is showing enabled on our side?

Scrub that...

After I did a long power off then on I was able to dial 1472 and it accepted my "Press 1 to enable" keypress. It reported that call safe would be activated shortly.

Now when I dial 1472 it's back to saying that call safe is off, asking me to press 1 to enable it and then immediately reporting that it can't help at the moment with a message to call 150. 

 

Not impressed. I'm now back to getting 2 - 3 scam calls a day that I was able to block with my old copper landline service but without callsafe working they all get through.

Thanks. Caller Display looks to be enabled on our side so could you switch the ONT, eero and dva off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Yes I have Caller Display and that works OK.

Do you have any other call feature enabled such as caller display? If you do, do they work OK?

People have been having problems with it, @AlastairMutch.

 

A similar issue here, despite it working previously:
