Caller display

I’m hoping someone can help me.

Recently I have been having issues with my landline displaying ‘call’ every time someone rings, instead of their name. 
It has worked in the past and I have checked the account and caller display is activated.

Hopefully, this issue can be solved.

OK, thanks. Everything that I can see at our end is showing that it's enabled. Are you able to test with a different telephone or test your phone on someone else's line?

I have been checking it all weekend and it has not worked once.

The fix last time was for you to remove then add it back to my account.
