Cannot get custom voicemail message to work on Voicemail Plus

I am paying extra for Voicemail Plus, and have set my custom voicemail message via 1571 and can listen to it back there, but the message isn't playing when I dial my landline.

Just to confirm, have you followed the below steps:

 

Dial 1571
Dial 9 to change your personal options
Dial 1
Follow the instructions on the phone to record and set your new greeting

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @Pandasadnap, for staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
