My callers to the land line see 'Conditional Divert Enabled'  

 

How can I get Talk Talk to remove this?

@Christopher_Baker_talktal, you need to follow up on here and complete your details as requested by staff - they replied at the start of the week, and will follow up on Monday. They won't be here over the weekend. 

 

I'll move your duplicate thread out of the way. 

 

To complete your community forum profile details, go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add the required information in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Can you please update your Community Profile to include your

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number
