Having a problem after my Mum receives/makes a call. It appears if she does not press the red button on her phone (to disconnect the call) the line stays open. Subsequently anyone then ringing her automatically goes straight to voicemail. Is there a solution to clear the line after a call without her having to remember to press the red button all the time please?
