Elderly vulnerable customer without landline

Hello, my Mum lives alone and has just had an operation which has left her housebound and her landline has stopped working. I raised a fault for this yesterday and was wondering when the phone might be back on.

I've received confirmation that this has now been raised as a welfare case and so will be prioritised

Thanks, this has been raised to Openreach for investigation but I've passed it to our network team to see if we can prioritise it. I'll let you know when I have any more information
