I recently signed up for fibre and did not realise that I would lose the landline. Therefore I at enormous time consuming chat arranged to have fibre with landline. All equipment has arrived and is set up and today was the day it should commence. However, the number provided is not active. When I check my package it has not been altered to fibre plus telephone. Could someone please sort this out as the chat process is appalling and takes days

You need to go back to the profile area, via your avatar and settings.
From the drop down menu, find Personal Information which you completed before. Further down that section is Private Notes.
Add your account number in there, then scroll down further to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
Please never post personal information details in the public thread.
