I’m paying monthly for this service, which is now going up to £8 in April. I very rarely use my landline to make calls, therefore I wish to cancel this option. How do I do this.

You need to call us (03451720088 )  and ask to speak to the Shell Migration team.

 

They can help.

If you can't remove it in My Account yourself, @Suzie8, call 03451 720088 or use Chat to ask them to do it for you:

Calls will all revert to pay per minute immediately and any upfront payment for the boost will be refunded pro rata on next month's bill.
