THE TELEPHONE LINE IS CRACKLING SO BADLY THAT I CANNOT HOLD A CONVERSATION.  CAN SOMEBODY FIX IT AS I AM EXPECTING A TELEPHONE CALL FROM MY DOCTOR?

My internet was fixed by your engineer on 12th June. Broken cable in manhole. Now I realise my phone has not worked since. As Doctor tried to ring last night. You get ringing tone but do not ring in house. Help.

IT IS CRACKLING SO BADLY THAT I CANNOT HEAR THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE AND THEY CANNOT HEAR ME.  ALL WE CAN HEAR IS BAD CRACKLING
