Acting on behalf of my 87 year old mother.When calling her landline the phone gives one ring and that's it.The caller just hears a continuous ringing tone.Outgoing calls and broadband are ok.Used the live chat last week and a fault was identified,said that an engineer would be in touch with me but so far nothing.
