Incoming calls every 30 mins from “no number”

Good evening,

Our broadband was updated to Full Fibre yesterday by City Fibre and ever since we started using the new router we have been getting calls every 30 mins from “no number”.  The phone does not ring but shows incoming call on the display and then another new call is listed.  I have tried answering the incoming call but then just got the engaged tone. 
Please can you sort this out.  Thank you.

The problem has been resolved and the “no number” calls have stopped.  Thank you for your help.

This is a known problem, but the TalkTalk staff on here can apply a patch for this.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
