Internet cutting out whilst using the landline

Can anyone explain to me why my internet cuts out while the landline in use. I work from home and this is a nightmare. Its like we've gone back to the old dial up

Hi

 

All tests on your line are clear, so nothing stands out.

 

There are a number of things that can cause the broadband to drop when the phone is in use.  The most common is a faulty microfilter, so swap this over if you have another.  A faulty or loose wire in the handset can also cause this.

 

Unplug everything out of the phone socket, then connect the phone and broadband and make a test call.  If it drops, do you have another microfilter or phone to test.
