Our internet cuts when a call is ended, this only happens with incoming calls. I have tried a new filter, have checked the phone socket as per Talk Talk's instructions, it also happens when the phone is unplugged and I have called our number.I think it must be a line fault, hopefully this is the best way to report it.

One of the line tests is picking up an issue.
I've logged this out to BT Openreach for a Non Appointed engineer - Non appointed means the engineer will be dispatched to look at the line without requiring an appointment be made with you to visit your property.

Have you tried connecting at the test socket?
