Landline out of order and router flashing red/white - are these due to same issue?

I tried chat with talk talk but got bored with being sent round the same loop.  I have no dial tone on my landline and the router is flashing intermittent white/red.  Is it part of the same issue? sorry if this is a dim question

Hi Hi LynnP1 I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue with your phone line, we currently have phone line issue for Full Fibre customers. Our specialist team are working on this as priority to get it sorted as we having an incident.

At the current moment we do not have the timeframe as to when this will be resolved however our specialist team are working to fix the issue as quickly as they can and you will be notified once this is fixed. You will be notify as soon as the issue is resolved.
