After changing over to TalkTalk full fibre, my house phone, which is connected to the Router, keeps showing NO NUMBER calls every 30 mins at 18 and 48 mins past the hour. Please fix it asap.

I have updated my community profile - it shows
From others with the same problem it seems you are having to fix every one of these individually.
I'd also like an explanation as to why this has happened

It's a configuration issue, but not widespread, and our devices team are looking to see why this is happening.
