when people call from another phone they say it is constantly engaged.

This is the 4th day without a landline and I am seriously considering changing provider.

Morning,

 

The latest update advises that the fault is linked to a bigger outage and the target resolution date is 24/01. We'll check again on this date for you.

Good morning,

 

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now and can see that the fault has been raised to Openreach for further investigation. I'll check again later on this afternoon to see if we've received a further update back from Openreach for you.
