Good morning,

How are you getting on? Do you still need assistance with this?

Thanks

Hi

Sara is the Chatbot, but we can take it from here and help.

A line test is picking up a loop fault near or within your home.

A loop fault is usually wires close or touching causing a bit of a short circuit.  This can be caused by wires in the socket, your phone handset ot anything in between.

Do you have another handset you can test with, or can you test your handset on a friends line to rule this out ?

Do you also have a 'Test Socket' and if so, have you tested directly at this ?

Thanks

Karl.
