I have received my replacement 4 k box a couple of weeks ago. I sent the old one back last week probably 2weeks after receiving the new one. Owing to illness it was not sent for a week or more and I have the receipt from the Post office to prove it. On Monday of this week I received an envelope from TT inside a large plastic bag and paper work on recycling and a charge of £50 if the old one is not returned. I have tried to send a copy of the receipt via a photo of it to TT but only received an email with an advert on how to use the community no other.comment about the receipt

Can someone say that the old box as been received.

Hi

It can sometimes take a little time for your account to be updated with the return.  There may be a little backlog owing to a recent issue with some of the returns bag, but if any charge is applied, we can override this from here for you.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi,

I suggest you post a photo of the receipt on this thread as proof.

There was recently an issue with some of the return labels and perhaps it was felt yours was one of these, hence the new bag.

Staff can then look into this for you and hopefully resolve.
