No Confirmation of keeping landline

On 15 Feb I agreed to keep my landline for an extra £12 a month. I had received no confirmation of this by letter or email (3 March), even though I rang again on 24 Feb and was promised someone would 'escalate' the matter. Has anyone else experienced this delay?
