My landline is not working & my Wi-Fi has gone off. I've checked the status & it says a fault detected please start a chat with the team, however, if I do that I get a message they are busy contact us later. I believe this is a telephone line fault, I've checked with my neighbour who has tried their phone, which is also not working.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
