I have an open fault no internet or landline was told it was fixed it wasn't then that someone would be working on it today no they weren't can someone please just find out exactly what's going on

Hi I am getting messages from talk talk saying my fault has been fixed it most definitely has not the engineer thinks he knows where the fault is but can't get access because a fence is blocking access to the bottom of the pole can you please all get your act together this is very important to me I need my phone and internet working again

Thanks there is still no open reach van around I really need this fixed I have no phone or internet and my mobile phone keeps losing connection smarty seem to have a problem in the area I have already missed a call from a cardiologist and can't get on to rearrange this any help to push this would be appreciated

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. We received an update from Openreach to advise that there was an engineer allocated to the job yesterday and we've been advised to check back for an update on the fault today. I've checked and there are no additional updates as yet so I'll re-check the fault again in a few hours for you.
