After several attempts to get online chat to even understand the issue you guys are my best hope.
The phantom calls we're fixed soon after Full Fibre was installed by some online fix but the problem has returned. I get one silent, no number call every 30 mins it so. Can you help please

I had this problem a year ago. It was fixed eventually. Got the same problem again. Complained numerous times over the last 2 weeks, still not fixed

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
