I was charged over ten pounds for calls made 19th May, all other calls to these numbers were free(as they should be).

Talktalk residential calls to Talktalk residents are free up to 3 hours.
With the boost for UK calls:
Ordinary other landline calls to 01, 02, and 03, or ordinary mobile numbers are free for up to an hour.
If you go over the hour without redialling you are charged @ 24p per minute, @Carole41.
Check the length of the itemised calls, detailed in your bill.
I'll move this to the billing section for you. Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.
