Recurring line noise

My phone line has got a lot of noise on it. I had the same trouble a few months ago and it was rectified by Open Reach at the exchange. The fault has now recurred . Could you please look into it and maybe contact Open Reach again

Thanks for the update. We've also received an update from Openreach to advise that they have resolved a potential fault. We'll check back in with you in a few days to see how your connection has been.

I've re-checked and the fault is still being investigated by Openreach. I'll continue to monitor for updates for you.

I'm sorry for the delay. The line test is still detecting a potential external line fault so I've passed this straight back to Openreach now. I'll re-check first thing in the morning for an update on the fault for you.

when you book engineer , any time any day is ok , sooner the better

Hi  yes please book engineer again on your terms. I have checked from master socket and there is still noise so I am confident the fault is outside

Hi Dodge,

 

If you would like us to book another engineer visit can you confirm:

 

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

     Hi,

An Open Reach engineer attended this morning and done some work outside . The phone line is now noise free and clear , thanks for your help getting this rectified so quickly . Much appreciated
