My phone line has got a lot of noise on it. I had the same trouble a few months ago and it was rectified by Open Reach at the exchange. The fault has now recurred . Could you please look into it and maybe contact Open Reach again

I'm sorry for the delay. The line test is still detecting a potential external line fault so I've passed this straight back to Openreach now. I'll re-check first thing in the morning for an update on the fault for you.

Hi yes please book engineer again on your terms. I have checked from master socket and there is still noise so I am confident the fault is outside

Hi,
An Open Reach engineer attended this morning and done some work outside . The phone line is now noise free and clear , thanks for your help getting this rectified so quickly . Much appreciated
