This morning I found that my landline had developed static and no dial tone. I can't dial out and when calling my landline I get the engaged tone. I have tried connecting an old phone with the same results, checked the wires and tried the master test socket. I get the same result. The line test on talk talk says that my line is fine!!
Also, my internet connection has slowed and keeps crashing/lagging. Talk talk line test says that it is on 'low performance mode' even though it is on maximum. Tried other devices with the line test and I get the same response from talk talk.
Any suggestions please.
