Where is the Digital Voice App selection option on My Account?

Having switched to Digital Voice and in the process trying to set up my 'TalkTalk Digital voice app'. I’m struggling to locate the option under ‘My Package and Add Ons’.
Where am I going wrong?’

There is no reason why you cannot use your Hub 2 instead of the eero and DVA. Use of the digital app is not bound to either type of setup, but to your account.

The great one from TT Technical Support has spoken and declared and I quote;
‘The digital voice application will be used once the customers is a full fibre 150 to up using the
Eero router along with the Digital voice adaptor for the landline set up’.
So my current service supported by the TT5464 is a nonstarter.
Incidently can't see this condition specified on this TT document.

Oh no, not them again.
Do you realise how painful it is having to deal with them? Everything is so protracted, being transferred from one agent to another with little success.

Thanks Ferguson,
That link took me to the same page under my A/C as before and there is no sight of Digital Voice app.
I'm just wondering if my A/C dashboard has been corrupted by an issue I had regarding duplicate services on my account.
When I migrated from Fibre Data Only to Fibre 65 + Digital Voice I had both services running in parallel for a couple of months.
Just a thought.

I've followed those instructions, however, the issue I've got is I can't locate the 'TalkTalk Digital voice app' option under ‘My Package and Add Ons' on My Account.
