How can I get past the TalkTalk BOT to report a fault? It refuses to recognise my account!

I have just posted an article regarding a problem with our landline.

My name and landline number have been listed on 'My Profile' for a long time, yet I spent a very long time trying to speak to a BOT whilst waiting for some human being to respond...

Why do you think that happened?

Might this happen again?

Thank you for doing that. Happily TalkTalk have realised that there is a fault on my line and told Open Reach who are working on it.

I just ran a test Chat, @chrispne, and it worked for getting me to a live agent after putting in my landline number.
