my caller ID has not been working for 3 weeks.
i have seen other suggestions in the community hub that suggests i remove 'caller ID' from my account and add it back 4 hours later, but i cannot find this option in any of my account drop downs.
please help i am elderly and not knowing who is calling, or has called is a real frustration.

yes - it is still not working. if it does start working i will of course post to let you know. so yes please can you have the network team investigate further. as said initially i am 92 years old and not knowing who is calling / has called has a big impact on me. best wishes

I've re-added caller display, could you give it a couple of hours and then retest. Please let us know how you get on
