I've moved your duplicate post out of the way. Staff will reply to this one.
But it shouldn't be hard to see your list of stored numbers - they should show in My Account, as described in this article.

They won't show if you remove and re-add Callsafe for any reason. You have to start the whole process of approving / blocking all over again in that scenario.
