I have been told Talktalk will make my phone digital with an ECCO adapter kit. Do talk talk provide this kit??

Hi

 

Any equipment supplied by TalkTalk would have to be returned when leaving.  Also, equipment supplied by TalkTalk is locked to the talktalk network and would not work with another provider.

michelle, thanks for the info. If we went digital and used the ecco, IF, we should change supplier in the future, would the ecco still work. Our contract runs out in March. We don't use streaming, watch films, play games, just a bit of shopping on Amazon and e mails. We don't need a super fast system and have seen at least 6 companies on line, offering better prices than Talk talk. Such as POp 67, Sky superfast, Now 75 and even vodaphone 80. What will be our new TT price from March. This will help us decide to move or stay or go digital. regards bob

Good afternoon,

 

If you signed up for digital voice/VOIP on a FTTP package, then depending upon the package you choose you would either receive an eero with a digital voice adapter for your phone to connect to, or a wifi hub 2 router which has a voice port on the back.
