I’ve renewed contract, Full Fibre service with VoIP and been sent an eero 6, but no way to plug in phone. Need to use it but can’t anymore. Haven’t been sent an adapter either. Is there anyway this can be solved?

Hi again,
I have received the adapter and it works fine, but now have another issue with my router. eero 6 has 2 LAN ports, however I need at least three available with how things are currently set, including the adapter I've just gotten, as well as a concerning amount of devices now being all in one place.
I have found the new router causing me and my family too much of an inconvenience, and would much rather have the one we had before. Was about to return old one back with postage label provided, but was wondering if we could continue to use this one instead to make things easier. Also was wondering if we could return the equipment we just received back if that is the case.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will be able to check your order and see if the digital voice adapter is on its way.
They reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
