The one camera that is loosing connection is about six feet away from eero, I will take a look at the help guide later as I have to go out soon but thanks for your help.

Hi,

Thanks for confirming. Is it just the CCTV which is affected? How far is the CCTV from the eero? Have you also had a look at the below Help Guide?

Slow speeds on your eero network - TalkTalk Help & Support

Thanks

Morning,

Thanks for confirming and I'm glad to hear that this is now working ok. What issues are you experiencing with the CCTV?

Thanks

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, are you using the Digital Voice Adapter with the eero?

Can you try the following, plug the DVA (grandstream) into the ONT, wait for the broadband light to come on then perform a pinhole reset of the DVA (for 30 seconds), this should get the phone light back on within about 5 mins, then wait for 15 minutes. You can then change setup back to normal. Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks
