Hi @shodges

I've checked and I can see that they have the correct mobile number (showing on your account)

Thanks

Thank you for your help. Can you please ask them to call the mobile number associated with the account (my daughter) otherwise there won't be access to the property due to accessibility issues. Thanks again.

Hi @shodges

Sorry for the delay.

I have arranged the engineer visit for 17/02 PM (1pm - 6pm) I have requested that they call 30 minutes before arrival however this is not guaranteed.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24hrs beforehand. If you call up to rearrange the appointment you will just need to provide your name and landline number, the appointment will show on your account.

Thanks

Debbie

 Hi @shodges

Please can you provide your availability AM and PM and I will arrange the first available appointment.

In regards to potential engineer charges, more information can be found here Engineer charges

As the line test is still detecting a potential fault with everything removed (including faceplate) this helps to rule out your own equipment or internal wiring.

Yes you can re connect your face plate again now.

Thanks

I assume I can now put the faceplate back in place? Regards.

Hi @shodges

Thanks for your reply.

As the line test is still detecting a potential fault with everything removed then I think we should arrange an engineer visit (Openreach)

Would you like me to arrange this for you?

Have previously posted pics. There are no wires to the faceplate it looks like an extension to the test socket.

Hi. Yes face plate is removed, microfilter was previously plugged into the test socket - now removed pending your additional tests.

Hi @shodges

The same fault has been detected. Do you have a faceplate? (has this been removed?)

Hi, thanks. I will when they contact me to confirm their availability as I'll be without a phone/connectivity otherwise.

Give @Michelle-TalkTalk or @Debbie-TalkTalk a period of time today when ALL equipment is removed from the test socket. They need a full 30 minutes for this, as detailed in the last staff reply, @shodges.
