I have had the message "Please check line cord" on my handset for the past few weeks. I bought a new handset and it says the same thing. How can we get help with this?

What package are you on? Is this a traditional landline or the new Digital Voice via Full Fibre?
The error basically means that your DECT cordless phone handset cannot detect the phone line for whatever reason. As you have already found out, this is very unlikely to be a fault with the handset/base station itself.

Hi @Adambr1 other than the message, are you able to make and receive calls and is there any noise on the line?
