I have been having trouble with homesafe for over three weeks. Although Kid safe appears to be off in my settings and I have restarted my router I still seem to have social media sites blocked during the working week but not on the weekend. This seemed to start when an engineer did something to my account several weeks ago to try to help with connection problems. Can someone on your end check to see what is the issue with this please? I do use social media sites for keeping in contact with people as I live alone and this is getting ridiculous. I have had several private emails with StephenB but and StephenF but to no avail.
