On the 29th December I contacted Talktalk online chat regarding having a new sim card supplied for a new mobile I had purchased. My current mobile runs of a standard sim card, however the new mobile will only accept a SFF sim or a micro sim. During the conversation with the online agent he informed me that he would order and send to me a replacement micro sim card forthwith and I would receive whithin two working days. To date this has not arrived, would it be possible to check that it has been dispatched?

You will have to call our mobile customer service teams and discuss this, unfortunately we have no access to the mobile systems on the community.
