Good day, my wife called you to request stopping the bill. You gave her an option to move the account to someone else. Presently we have moved out of the house and nobody is using the account. Can you kindly pause the account because you can't be paying what you are not using. Thanks.
Note: Kindly drop number who I can chat with. Am not in the country presently

Its not possible to pause an account, the service is still being supplied therefore bills are still being produced, The only other option is to cancel 03451720088

@Olagoke, do you mean cancel the mobile phone or broadband/landline account....or both?
None of these can be done through the forum.
Call 03451 720088 (9am -7pm BST weekdays or till 6pm Saturday) and speak to the relevant team.
