Supersafe boost

Hello.

I renewed my TT contract yesterday and elected to have the Supersafe boost at£4 per month. I was advised that F secure would email installation details but I have heard nothing. I have downloaded the app but am asked for log on details which I don't' have. 

Advice most welcome.

Thanks for confirming the security information. 

 

I've resent the welcome mail and password reset message. If you don't see them within the hour check your junk and spam folders.
