how do I activate my free online protection

I recently changed my package to Fibre150 and received an email saying once I am set up, I should activate my free online protection. How to I activiate it?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Goencar 


The normal procedure is to select the SuperSafe Boost / TalkTalk Online Defence via your customer MyAccount. 


Select the Add SuperSafe now button in the help page TalkTalk Online Defence


Is your broadband Fibre150 a G-Fast fibre to the street cabinet service or Fibre150 Data Only a full fibre to the home service?

If the online protection mentions HomeSafe and your product is full fibre then the help page is HomeSafe for Future Fibre
