Bbc iplayer uhd buffers on my talk talk 4k box , HD is ok just UHD problematic . All other apps UHD such as netflix play ok , has anyone else had this problem

I can swap out the box, but TalkTalk no longer provide the Netgem box, so would have to substitute the Android TV Hub.
Would you like to try that?

Yes I have tried both WiFi and ethernet cable , have same problem on both

Is the box connected over Wi-Fi ? Have you tried with a wired connection to rule out a Wi-Fi issue etc.

Hi I have reset box and still same problem , and to make matters worse has also started to do buffer on itvx on all formats ....not sure if box is faulty?

OK, next option is to reset the box. Press the button on the side 5 times to initiate a reset. This will reset the box and reinstall the software and apps.

Hi I have reset the router and the box still the same problem , iplayer uhd works OK on other platforms including smart tv Sony bravia 4k that box plugged into

No issues with your line or sync speed, that's about 77mb.
Have you tried powering off the router for 30 minutes to reset the session to see if this helps.
If still failing, it could be an issue with the app itself. Have you also tested on another devices, laptop or tablet etc.
