Can’t use Netflix

I joined Netflix yesterday. I have two TalkTalk TV boxes. When I login to Netflix via the app, on each, I’m advised that my package doesn’t include Netflix streaming on this device or words to that effect.

Not sure what to do.

If you require further help, please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

I have the same problem I cannot access Netflix app or itvx with my box. What is the point of having a talk talk box

Does the Netflix access work correctly from a browser on your PC or via the phone app ?

If your package is the basic with adverts, the boxes do not support this package.

 

You can either contact customer services by phone to discuss a new box but you will probably need to recontract or use something like an Amazon Firestick or Roku Stick.
