I can’t get catchup on ITVX or any app except Iplayer I don’t have a talk talk tv box just the TV and the hub. It worked fine when using my BThub but now the apps all start showing adverts then as soon as program starts get an error message Have read loads of similar posts but they all refer the to the talk talk tv box

Hi Chilly65

As my colleague advises, you can search online or other TV Forums for your model of TV and see if others have mentioned player issues.  ITVX and others have updated their apps recently and these no longer support some older models.

You can check for supported devices for ITVX via https://support.itv.com/en_us/which-tvs-and-streaming-platforms-can-i-watch-itvx-on-rkNpVLbSi

Thanks

Karl.

If it's your TV that is not working you would be best to find a forum dedicated to your make.

Before doing so you could try turning your router off for at least  half an hour to rule out a router issue.

You could also turn your TV off at the mains for a similar period to see if this helps.

Also check your TV has no updates pending or available. If there are updates then install these and try again.

Otherwise, as said post on a TV forum as TalkTalk can only support their supplied equipment.

Good luck
