Using catchup on ITV

Only over the last week I have been unable to get catchup on ITV. All other stations are ok. When I go to a program the message “Service currently unavailable”. As I have said all the other channels seem to be working ok. I have talktalk 4k box to which I have done a few factory resets to no avail. Help please

Hi

 

If you go to APPS then select the ITVX app, will that load as normal.

 

If it does, select some content, does it ask you to confirm sign in or play content directly from within the App.
