My Netgem 4k tv box is showing 'this channel is not available' on every live TV channel. If I plug my aerial into my TV free view works fine so no issues with aerial. Any help would be great thanks.

Hi

 

Have you tried a rescan of all TV channels as fr8ys advised ?

 

Did this help ?

 

If not, try resetting the TV Box by pressing the button on the side 5 times, set the box back up, connect the aerial directly with no splitters of boosters in place and see if it will pick up any channels.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
