while attempting to use bbc iplayer the error code 01119 appears on screen, along with ‘Looks like something went wrong’ message? Turned hub off/on, plus same to tv a few times, same outcome

If powering down the TV Hub for 5 mins (remove the plug so there is no electricity to the box) does not work, try turning your router off for 10 mins, again disconnecting from the mains, then restart.

 

The error code you are getting is usually for people overseas trying to access iPlayer.

 

If you use a VPN disconnect this as it may be giving a false reading.

 

If none of the above works, then factory reset your TV Hub which will reset the box software and reinstall iPlayer.
