We are experiencing this regularly and BBC iPlayer keeps buffering! I have used WiFi, cable and restarted the box and router it still keeps happening

This sounds like an iPlayer issue rather than a TalkTalk one, but so we can offer advice what device are you using to view the iPlayer?

OK, this could be app related. Press the button on the side of the box 5 times to initiate a reset, this will then re-install all apps.
