have waited since 20/8/24 for the link to be resent, I have contacted your team via chat & phone no less than 12 times but this is never resolved, I have a complaint ref & no one contacts me about that either the customer service i have received is the worse, I have wasted hours of my life trying to resolve something so simple

If the link is not activated within 14 days then Now services will cancel and you would have to re-add these to your account, either by calling our customer teams or via My Account online.
