I’ve moved my TV to a different location in my lounge. I’ve bought a new cable for the aerial socket but I have limited free view channels now.

Hi @Janelesg that's an odd one, if your channels have disappeared from the TV when plugged directly to the aerial it does point to something outside of Talktalk, I'm wondering if your local transmitter is having temporary issues?

I’ve plugged it into both and retuned… no joy.

Hi @Janelesg Is your aerial plugged into the TV or the set top box? Have you tried retuning both?
